Arrival

How do I get my badge?

If you are attending the event, you will be able to print your badge before the event on arrival, helping you avoid queues. You must wear your badge at all times while on-site, as security may ask to see it. Print your badge at registration using your QR included in your countdown emails.

What if I don't have a QR code?

If the confirmation email from us does not show your QR code, please print your badge using your name with our staff at the laptops. If you are not registered for the event, you will need to register via the portal as additional staff.

Where is my delivery?

Deliveries will be placed in the main suite for exhibitors to collect on Monday, if these after the event are being picked up by a courier, please get in touch with with the venue tyla.graham@murrayfieldexperience.com to organise collection.

What do I do with rubbish at the end of build day?

Boxes and general waste MUST be taken away yourself. Any items left behind may incur a disposal fee.

Where can I store additional items?

There is no free storage at P4H Scotland. Anything additional from or for your stand will need to be stored off sight or within your stand space. If you require storage, you book this with our logistics manager for an added cost.

Is there Wifi?

Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue.

How do I collect my lunch?

You can collect your lunch at one of the various pick-up points located around the venue. You can find these on the floorplan below.

How do I scan leads?

You can find all relevant lead scanning information in the countdown emails. One login is provided per stand, which can also be found on your exhibitor wallet sheet. If you have any further issues, please visit the registration desk.

Breakdown

When can I start packing down my stand?

Breakdown must not begin before 4:00pm.
All stands must be completely clear by 6:00pm.

  • Early breakdown is not permitted and breaches health and safety regulations.
  • All items must be removed, including waste, stand materials and courier collections.
  • Any items left behind may incur a removal fee charged by the venue.

Will a delegate list be made available?

After the event you will receive a post-event delegate list including those who have opted in to share their details. The list will include:

  • Name
  • Job title
  • Organisation

Please also remember to use the badge scanning app, which captures the details of delegates you scan. Full contact information will be provided for those scanned.

Courier Pick-Up Process

Please ensure your courier is booked to collect your items after 4:00pm on the breakdown day.

Deliveries will be placed in the main suite for exhibitors to collect on Monday. If any items are being collected by a courier after the event, please contact tyla.graham@murrayfieldexperience.com to arrange collection with the venue.
